About
Meet your neighborhood Abuelita (grandma) who is the chef and owner of Northern Girls' Smokehouse. She has been in the restaurant industry since 1994. As the mother of seven children (now all grown), and fifteen grandchildren, she loved the unity that food brought her and her children when they were young and didn't have much. "The Thing" they cherished most in life were memories of her cooking for their friends and for her family. This is her passion, and her gift. Let her share this gift with you.
As a small local business, we really need your help. We recently relocated to Seattle after losing our lease on Vashon Island. Moving and starting over has been tough. Nobody knows we are here. We need your help!!!!! We need more customers. Please order for yourselves and your family. If you love our food tell at least ten people. Give us a review. Share your experience on social media. Get your office and/or friends and family to order as a group. Spread the word. We would be forever grateful.
If something isn't what you expected or should have gotten please let us know. Let us make any corrections needed. Although we have a strict quality control, we are human.
Our motto, " We Smoke Low and Slow." Northern style.
Smoke Like a Girl, or your neighborhood Abuela.
Much Love. We look forward to serving you for years to come.
